Returning Customers - Please login to our wholesale section below.

 

New Customers - To set up a new account, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign up below to create an account. Provide your email and a password.

  2. You will then receive an email requesting additional information. You must reply to this email to complete the process. (If you did not receive an email, please check in your Spam Folder.)

  3. Once we receive your request and the email with additional information, we will process your request.

  4. If you qualify, you will be sent an invite to our NEW online ordering platform.

Order Minimums:

  • Order minimum of $300.00

  • Please keep in mind that some items have minimum order quantities per style.

 

 

Payment Options

  • For payments we take VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Business Checks.

  • For NET30 qualified orders we require payment by check.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. However, if you are dissatisfied with our product for any reason, you may make a return within 15 days of receipt of item(s). Products must be returned, with previous authorization, in their original condition with product tag and without retail price stickers.

 

For returns related to damaged or defective items, BELART LLC will incur shipping costs for domestic customers. Any shipping costs on returns made for other reasons will be at the expense of the customer.

 

For quality issues arising after customer purchase and use, please contact us within 30 days of customer purchase or 60 days of your invoice. We will request a photo image of any damaged or defective items, so we can share this feedback with our artisan groups and prevent this issue from arising in the future. We can send replacements or issue a credit for the damages after review.

Backorder Policy

Belart will automatically adhere to the following backorder policy, unless you specifically request otherwise at the time you place your order:

 

  • Belart will ship all available items for your requested ship date and automatically put any unavailable products on back order. We will ship any backordered items that become available within 8 weeks in one combined shipment.

  • Any remaining items that are still not available after 8 weeks will be automatically canceled and your original order will be closed out. At that time, if there are any items you would still like to receive from Belart, please let us know.

 

Please be sure to state clearly on your order if you have specific backorder requests or policies that are different than policy stated here.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via USPS priority or UPS/FEDEX upon request.

  • Custom orders are welcome and take 3-4 months.

  • Orders for out of stock inventory takes 30-45 days.

  • Orders for in-stock inventory usually ship within 7-10 days, unless expedited delivery is requested.

  • Prices may change without notice. 

  • Prices for our 24Kgold / .925 Sterling Silver plated Collections are based  on the Monex gold and silver markets.  

  • Even though we try to keep favorites and best sellers available for asap shipment, not every item is available, some items might be out of stock or discontinued. If an item is available but out of stock, we can gladly place an order for these items, and let you know delivery times.
